We infuse locally grown bio-dynamic and wild foraged fruits with our No.1 Gin to create our seasonal Fruit Gins. They are 25% abv and can be drunk alone as liqueurs, with tonic, Prosecco or mixed into cocktails.

Bio-dynamic farming is an organic, holistic farming approach which is reliant on the ecological health of the farm land to grow crops in tandem with astrological cycles and the plant calendar and not on artificial chemicals or fertilisers. Alcohol is an excellent extractor of flavour, by using wild and bio-dynamic fruit we can ensure ZERO pesticides are extracted into our fruits gins, just nature at its best.

We refrain from adding artificial colourings or flavourings, whilst we add some natural cane sugar to develop the flavour, we can keep this quite low as seasonal picking and steeping gives our gin heaps of natural fruit flavour and colour. Please expect natural fruit pulp in our gins - this is key to providing flavour, you can shake this in or pour slowly to leave at the bottom if you'd prefer to leave it out.

Here are some recommend serves to use as starting points, we encourage you to experiement as our fruit gins work well in a variety of drinks.

Damson, Blackberry and Blackcurrant: are well matched with a lemon or Indian tonic water, a slice of lemon and ice.

Gooseberry and Raspberry: These tart Fruit Gins work well with a sweeter tonic, we like them with elder flower tonic, added to Prosecco, Cava or Champagne or simply with an Indian tonic water to enjoy the unique sharpness of these fruits. 

Sloe gin: we enjoy our Sloe Gin on its own with ice or with an Indian Tonic water and slice of lemon to cut through the sweetness.
